Our stay had its ups and downs. On one hand, we had an amazing experience thanks to Chris, who saved us from a disastrous situation at another location and got us into a beautiful presidential suite. On the other hand, the initial room we encountered had serious issues, like a broken couch and a scary neighborhood. Parking fees were also a bit steep. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for its great service, especially from Chris, but some facilities could use improvement.
I had a pleasant 5-night stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a short walk from the Universal shuttle. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful throughout my visit. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity could use some improvement, as it kept disconnecting, and the parking fee felt a bit excessive at $31. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable.
